INTENDED AUDIENCE
Each of our trainings is designed specifically for the following audiences: Mental Health Counselors, Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Social Workers, Psychologists, and Substance Use Disorder Counselors. The training may also be pertinent to Psychiatric Nurses, Psychiatrists, and other professionals working in the Mental Health industry.
CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELORS
For each training, the Utah “Clinical Mental Health Counselor Licensing Act Rule” (R156-60c-304-Continuing Education) has been reviewed for compliance with the specified number of clock hours of continuing education listed on the training program. EDUCATORS/TEACHERS
Our trainings are designed to qualify for your professional development requirement. Credit requirements and approvals vary per state board regulations and participant’s licensing requirements. Approval by your state board for continuing education credit is not guaranteed. Participants are responsible for saving the course outline and the certificate of completion they receive from the activity, and for contacting their state board or organization to determine eligibility and specific filing requirements.
MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPISTS
For each training, the Utah “Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act Rule” (R156-60b-304-Continuing Education) has been reviewed for compliance with the specified number of clock hours of continuing education listed on the training program. OTHER PROFESSIONS
This activity qualifies for continuing education as required by many national, state, and local licensing boards and professional organizations. Please save your course outline and certificate of completion, and contact your board or organization for specific requirements and eligibility. If your profession is not listed, please get in touch with your licensing board to determine your continuing education requirements and check for reciprocal approval.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
The credits listed are for full completion of the course. No partial credits will be offered. Certificates of Completion are distributed following completion of the training AND successful completion of the training quiz with 80% or better. Certificates will be sent by email within 30 days following course and quiz completion.

As a licensed professional, you are responsible for reviewing the scope of practice, including activities defined in law as beyond the boundaries of practice in accordance and compliance with your profession’s standards.
